The Quality Production Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression.
*This position is an off-shift role. Required hours are 5:00 PM -1:30 AM, Monday to Friday. Weekend shifts are available as needed.

What you'll do...
- Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organizes workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, and smoothly, and producing quality parts
- Drive to exceed personal, team, and Company goals by holding self & team to high-performance standards through servant leadership
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams
You'll have...
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations
- Two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners, and customers
- Highly committed to continuous improvement, while applying innovative solutions with a customer-first mindset

- Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
- Values different opinions & is open to ideas & perspectives from others
- Investigating supplier parts quality that impacts production
- Immediate containment of non-conforming products

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Safety and quality experience
- Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
- Knowledge of constraint management principles
- Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
