The Maintenance Coordinator, Portland Lubricants will work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks. They will troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the Portland Lubricants Plant and Phillips 66.
Responsibilities May Include:
Providing primary maintenance and repair for all plant process equipment, including preventative and predictive maintenance, calibration, equipment upgrades, and reliability
Troubleshooting PLCs, reading electrical drawings, and have electrical knowledge of voltages from 24 volts DC up to 480 3-phase
Programming basics RS Logix and Control Logix
Testing, repairing, and/or replacing control devices as needed
Addressing daily work orders timely and cost-effectively with the use of the SAP work order system by performing daily work orders assigned
Tracking and communicating maintenance tasks and project status
Maintaining spare parts inventory controls to facilitate repairs and to minimize process equipment downtime while optimizing working capital
Working with BU in the design, planning, purchasing, and scheduling of capital projects
Overseeing third-party contract workers to ensure work is completed is a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner, and in accordance with all Phillips 66 requirements
Assuring compliance with all Company policies and Heath Safety Environmental Quality (HSEQ) procedures and training requirements
Developing and maintain site maintenance procedures and records
Maintaining mechanical skills by attending training sessions and on-the-job training
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Intermediate or greater level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with mechanical, electrical, or process control systems within a production environment
Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC). Information can be found at https://www.tsa.gov/for-industry/twic
Willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to:
Work on elevated platforms
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Work near moving mechanical parts, high noise environments, and outside weather conditions at times
Respond to emergency needs of the plant on an as-needed basis during scheduled off-hours
Work a second shift schedule and a rotating weekend on-call list
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate or higher degree in Instrumentation and Electrical and/or related technical trade certification(s)
Experience operating JLG lifts, scissor lifts and forklifts
Working knowledge of NFPA 70E
5 or more years of experience in Instrumentation and Electrical maintenance in process operations
Intermediate level of proficiency in programming with RS Logix and Control Logix
Experience running piping, conduit, pulling wire, fabricating and performing layouts
Experience troubleshooting power and control systems, reading and interpreting documents and drawings
Experience with mechanical systems maintenance and repair
SAP or computer-based maintenance tracking
