What Accounting Contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans, and policies of the organization establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems, and safeguards the organization's assets.
Accounting establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, completes technical research, safeguards the organization's assets, and ensures the accuracy of accounting and financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
This supervisor will be involved in the entire accounting process for the Nuclear Precision Health Solutions (NPHS) business. This includes fixed assets, revenue recognition, Inventory/COGS calculations, SG&A transactions, and Balance Sheet review. Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations, including research and resolution, performing various month-end financial close tasks, joint venture accounting, completion of the quarterly and annual SEC report package and annual Tax package, and providing support to our Genpact counterparts. NPHS is an exciting and growing business with significant capital investment which are anticipated to further accelerate growth and provide unique accounting considerations.
Qualifications
2 years of experience preferred
BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred

Responsibilities
Perform various month-end financial close tasks for the NPHS business
Responsible for various monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, including research and resolution
Involved in the completion of the quarterly and annual SEC report package and annual Tax package
Provide training and support to the Genpact counterparts
