Our Marketing team has flexibility - we’re currently operating 3 days in the office per week. You will make an impact by: Marketing planning & strategy: Facilitate annual (and ongoing) operating planning with a clear vision for inputs needed and synthesis of priorities across the departments; ensure leadership buy in through facilitating key input and alignment moments; partner with PMO to ensure a seamless, inclusive and on time approach for planning. Operating routines: Lead in development of goals and KPI as measures of success of the annual plan; develop and lead routines to monitor progress towards those goals, enabling real-time budget and prioritization conversations to optimize our approach; enable a strategic view and anticipate needs for flex resourcing within Retail Marketing. Integrated Editorial Planning: Work with cross-functional partners to shape routines that drive stronger, more integrated storytelling week to week (bringing strategy to life) across key touchpoints; maintain a master marketing calendar across key seasons to enable consistency in how our strategy and activations are socialized across our organization.
