Manager, Executive & High Potential Development
The Executive & High Potential Development team is responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of development experiences and programming for the Top 135 executive leaders, Top 600 senior leaders and select high potential leaders, focusing on their ability to demonstrate enterprise behaviors and disciplines and execute the strategy and playbook. This role manages multiple key stakeholders in the planning, design, communication, and execution of executive development programs, including calls, webinars, and the bi-annual Senior Leaders Meeting. In addition, this role also supports the planning, design, and execution of our High Potential Development programs. Collaboration with various internal partners including Leadership Development, Senior HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, Internal Communications, Meeting Services, Workforce Planning and analytics, and Executive Admins is required to enable successful outcomes for both Executive Development and High Potential Program offerings.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Support project management of Top 600 leadership calls and developmental webinars, including calendaring, distribution list management, and communications; close partnership with Internal Communications, Virtual Events Team, and Leadership Development team (Spotlight series)
Support the design and seamless execution of the Senior Leaders Meeting; close partnership with Meeting Services
Lead and support high-potential development programs, including ownership of the nomination process, content design, management of vendors and internal stakeholders, project management, and session facilitation
Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to understand the needs of the target audience; revise development offerings based on business needs and participant feedback
Minimum Requirements:
6 years of relevant work experience
No management experience required

Advanced written and verbal communication skills
