This role is responsible for developing and coordinating go-to-market strategy, collaborating on the creation of new product offerings, and optimizing the value proposition and product positioning for all MM Sales and Marketing channels. Provides continuous evaluation and refinement of the Constellation product suite through collaboration with marketing, sales, and innovation teams. In addition to utilizing the cross-functional team insights, this role will also rely on marketing, sales, and psychology research to develop, test, and refine our sales interactions and marketing communication strategy. Will evaluate effectiveness through data-driven analysis of product mix, sales conversion rates, and multi-product relationship metrics. Will work closely with sales and marketing channel managers to define a strategy for sales scripting, training, and ongoing development. The role will drive an intentional, cohesive engagement and communication strategy with our MM customers by defining and aligning messaging across channels and functional teams with a focus on optimizing opportunities, driving deeper customer relationships, and creating best-in-class customer experience
Salary Range: $103,200 - $154,800

· Minimum 8 years of sales or marketing-related experience · Knowledge and interest in sales psychology and differing approaches to sales interactions · Proven project management skills · Proficiency with the entire MS Suite. Advanced MS Excel skills preferred · Demonstrated ability to work successfully cross-functionally within a group · Ability to support clients in a dynamic business environment with rapid change · Excellent communication skills Strong organization and analytical skills | · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline with commensurate experience · Sales, marketing, or channel management experience related to product positioning with responsibility for close rates · Proven project management skills · Understanding of customer journey mapping · Demonstrated ability to work successfully cross-functionally
