U.S. Bank has a rare opportunity as we have a Staff Development Onboarding Specialist opportunity in Lending Services (LS)! This individual will provide training and onboarding to new hires coming into Lending Services from new hire orientation, assisting to create training materials, providing systems training and other responsibilities. The Lending Services Onboarding Specialist will wear many hats with the opportunity to learn new areas in LS such as providing administrative support by handling wires, processing auction transactions, general filing and a variety of other tasks when not working with new hires. We are seeking someone with great communication speaking in a group setting along with strong written communication, adaptability and strong people skills.
Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days. This role is hybrid in the following cities/states:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- General knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit
- Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work as part of a project team
- Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
- AFS and Hogan application experience preferred
