In the HPE Chief Technology Office, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. What you'll do:
Drive the vision, and product roadmap for the data platform that helps different business units engage more meaningfully with their customers.
Interact regularly with internal customers to understand their needs, gather use cases, and get product feedback to identify gaps and opportunities.
Translate business use cases into product requirements, facilitate UX design, and deliver an efficient solution platform for use across different customer segments.
Partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to ship new, impactful features through clear prioritization and communication.
Actively manage the product backlog to align dependencies, priorities, and releases to mitigate risks and issues.
Facilitate roadmap discussions, and articulate and present early product concepts to full launch plans to internal stakeholders, executive teams, and partners.
Define key success metrics and track and report on feature adoption, usage, and experience

What you need to bring:
10+ Years of Product Management experience with at least 3 years focus on building data platforms and analytics products
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences), MS/MBA preferred (but not necessary).
Proven track record of full lifecycle of product management. This includes both product strategy and execution, from gathering customer requirements to defining clear user stories, priorities, engineering delivery, and go-to-market.
Good understanding of new emerging data technologies, including Hadoop, Hive, Spark, data warehousing solutions, and in-memory databases
Highly data-driven, with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to make sound tradeoffs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A natural-born leader with the ability to cross-functionally drive/influence work through others, and the ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
