The Senior Producer acts as the owner and leader of production planning, execution, and delivery,
partnering with key stakeholders (internal, client, and partners) to uphold the integrity of ideas and
bringing them to life through best-in-class execution. At the center of Creative, Client Partnerships,
Business Affairs, and PM, the Senior Producer owns a project from start to finish. They manage
production budgets, timelines, production partner searches, competitive bidding/negotiations,
actualization, and internal/external communications.
The Senior Producer approaches every task with a sense of urgency, proactivity, and organization. They
must define the best, most collaborative approach that aligns with VaynerMedia’s unique, consumer-first
approach to marketing while relentlessly pursuing progress. You safeguard the financial integrity and
timeline of the project with Agency and Client requirements, needs, and goals in mind. You are a master of
transparency at every step of the way. You expertly navigate what’s best for each step of the process
while tracking the big picture.
The Senior Producer is a Creative partner who brings their expertise, honed critical thinking, and,
above all, excellent problem-solving skills for each project. They develop a path to achieving each project’
goals and then rally partners across functions to achieve those goals, while finding creative solutions to
roadblocks standing in the way of a great idea going out into the world.
