Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Director of Advertiser Solutions to join our exceptional team of sellers focusing on our agency Holdco business. The Director of Advertiser Solutions (Agency Holdco) will be tasked with engaging agency leadership and account teams to grow existing business by targeting agency Holdco programmatic solutions, challenging their current assumptions, and selling in new partnership ideas. The ideal candidate brings tangible experience at either a Publisher, AdTech platform, DSP, or SSP, along with existing relationships with our agency.


You will enjoy networking at industry functions, staying current on the latest programmatic advertising trends, and proactively seeking out knowledge specific to the inner workings of PubMatic’s technology. The role requires thinking creatively and collaborating with others to execute long-term, complex partnerships at both the enterprise and account team levels within key agency holds.


The successful candidate will have demonstrated a record of responsibility and accomplishments in digital media and/or technology sales, plus bring strong knowledge of all facets of a major agency holding company’s business.


Responsibilities

  • Define and execute PubMatic’s partnership strategy across holds
  • Instill a culture of collaboration and accountability
  • Travel as necessary in support of business objectives (prospect/client meetings, conferences, internal meetings)


Qualifications

  • 10 years of related experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Product within a Publisher, AdTech platform, DSP, or SSP company.
  • Applicable experience servicing a client base mix of Holding Companies, Brands, and Independent Agencies while promoting PMP and other partnership tactics
  • Past experiences guiding deals that may involve global collaboration between multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Solution leadership: able to shape the roadmap of features requested by clients and lead discussion in relationship to our Product Management and R&D team
  • Understand the dynamics of the sell-side, most notably operations of supply-side platforms and ad-serving tech
  • Ability to present effectively to both agency leadership as well as account teams, and to confidently navigate challenges



Compensation And Benefits

Base Compensation Range: $150,000 - $160,000


In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
