We are seeking an Associate Manager, Marketing Analytics to join our Digital Marketing Services group in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements.
This role will be responsible for discovering impactful data-driven insights and propelling our consumer-centric vision across multiple channels and brands.
What you’ll be doing:
• Integrate disparate data sources to analyze campaign performance and consumer response trends
• Incorporate activation objectives, historical trends and budget allocations to identify ideal audience strategies
• Combine technical knowledge with business strategy to translate complex analytics into useful recommendations to optimize future activations
• Analyze target audience segments to identify key behavior drivers and enhance marketing flows
• Collaborate with internal data science teams to enhance audience segmentation approach, consumer propensity model portfolio and channel-specific forecast
• Partner with adjacent digital teams to streamline common analytical methods into reporting solutions
• Act as a data steward and partner with internal data strategy and governance teams to address data quality, new data collection formats and use cases
• Serve as a strategic thinking partner to teammates and stakeholders by sharing expertise and experiences
What we want you to have:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred but not required
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in analytics or marketing analytics; working knowledge of common marketing channels
• Demonstrated application of technical skills with consumer data sets:
• SQL
• Python or R a plus
• Working knowledge of introductory statistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate data and technical aspects to stakeholders having varying technical and data knowledge
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing others without authority
• Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking skills
• Previous experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI a plus
• Previous experience in Agile Methodology a plus

Total Rewards
The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $97,900.00 - $142,000.00 / annually.
