The Senior Marketing Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for analyzing, managing and interpreting various datasets to provide actionable insights aligned with marketing strategies, forecasting, and business growth goals. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and visualize data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive analysis of marketing data (customer demographics, sales and sales promotions, supply chain statistics) and other relevant metrics; identify patterns, trends, and insights to support marketing initiatives.
Data Management: Gather, clean, organize, and maintain large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop and implement data collection and management protocols to streamline processes.
Marketing Performance Measurement: identify useful metrics for monitoring KPIs regularly, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and automation.
Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Finance or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a technology or healthcare company.
A strong understanding of data analysis techniques and the ability to work with large datasets; ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations.
Experience in data manipulation, data cleaning, data visualization, and statistical analysis
Knowledge of reporting and data analytics tools like Excel, SAS, and Tableau; experience with Salesforce and Power BI preferred

The salary range for this role is $ 100 K - $110K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
