As a Design Engineer Intern for the Advance DRAM team at Micron, you will support design and validation activities on DRAM memory designs. In this role you will gain experience in the design, simulation and analysis of high-speed/low-power DRAM array and periphery circuits. You will also learn about a variety of design verification and automation tools and work among an outstanding team!

Successful candidates for this position will have:

• Course work in CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics
• Knowledge and experience in using Verilog and/or Spice
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• A self-motivated, enthusiastic teammate who enjoys working with others
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Drive innovation into the future Memory generation with the dynamic work environment

The following skills are preferred but not required:

• Knowledge of design synthesis and static timing analysis
• Experience with power network analysis
• Experience with a scripting language (Python, Tcl, Perl, etc.)

Education:

• Must be pursuing a degree in electrical or computer engineering
• Open to Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD level candidates
• Must be continuing education in the Fall of 2024
