You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
How you will contribute
You will support the following:
- To develop the commercial interface with external customers to achieve optimum business potential.
- To build joint business plans with customers and implement them effectively.
- To deliver revenue growth, budgeted sales, and contributions in line with company strategy.
- To deliver sales fundamentals of growing market share, distribution targets, ROS & forecast accuracy.
- To implement promotional strategy within customers and input into future promotional strategy.
- To participate in customer Internet-based sales and support systems.
- To build customer/category expertise through available insight and influence account planning.
- Work with Supply Chain / R&D to ensure EJ is competitive in our offering, whilst ensuring we balance the needs of to supply chain with appropriate MOQs, lead times, raw materials, etc.
- Manage a group of accounts in line with the agreed contact strategy.

- Customer-facing roles
