Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Social Media Manager and be the driving force behind our brand's online presence. As a key player, you will shape and elevate our digital identity by creating compelling content, encouraging engagement, and staying at the forefront of social media trends. Your creativity will be the catalyst for innovative campaigns, while your strategic mindset ensures our brand remains relevant and impactful. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain all of the brand’s social pages, responding to user comments/queries and escalating issues when needed
  • Stay updated on changes in social media algorithms and policies, policy changes, new products, and platform updates, and educate the team accordingly
  • Recommend and implement new strategies to enhance social media efforts based on platform updates and changes in user behavior.
  • Pull KPI reports via administrator access from the platforms, ensuring strategy & creative assets are constantly optimized
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing key metrics, insights, and learnings to assist in developing more informed decisions and optimized strategies
  • Monitor user behavior & social conversation, identifying cultural opportunities and trends to engage with in real-time
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop timely, effective, and relevant creative that aligns with overall marketing and business goals.

What you will need:

  • Passion for social media and desire to know its marketing ins & outs
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, specifically TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and
  • Ability to write clear, compelling copy in a brand tone of voice
