Job Description OAL CPQ team designs, develops, and implements Sales and Deal Management systems using Oracle CPQ Cloud and custom applications. Job duties involve design, development, implementation, code reviews and production support. The pace of work is quick using Agile methodologies. Strong technical skills and good judgment are highly valued. Candidates must be able to work effectively independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. The ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical team members is crucial. Required Skills 2-6 years of relevant development or implementation experience. Excellent programming skills in any Object Oriented programming language and understanding of data structure, optimization and algorithms. Strong written and oral communication skills in English is required. Experience in Java, NodeJS, Knockout, Typescript or OJet will be of great advantage. Experience in Oracle CPQ Implementation will be an added advantage. Oracle Applications, Fusion ERP or CRM implementation experience or SQL, PL/SQL development experience is good to have. Understanding of software architecture and best practices. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Translate business needs into viable technical solutions. Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent discipline. Detailed Description and Job Requirements Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
