As a Physician Business Consultant, You Will
- Understand and Engage: Develop a profound understanding of US students, their medical school journey, and needs, and leverage this insight to shape our communications and activities for and with them.
- Execute Campaigns: Lead multichannel marketing campaigns, including CRM, Performance Marketing, and creative teams. You will receive full support to learn about the channel functions and basics and later apply your ideas to acquire and engage new US students.
- Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, performance evaluation, and documentation of best practices.
- Optimize Efforts: Continuously monitor, optimize, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. You will learn about commercial reporting, the metrics we care for, and how we define success.
What You Bring
- Experience as a Med Student and/or Doctor: you’ll bring your knowledge, stories, ideas, and audience expertise to work with marketers. You will conceptualize ideas and tailor marketing initiatives to deliver value to US students.
- Affinity to marketing and commercial: You will learn all the ins and outs of marketing, so we expect you to be eager to learn about all online marketing channels, including CRM, Paid Social media, SEM, Social Media, and SEO.
- Strategic Implementation: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies and bring the team to success. You will learn to implement marketing initiatives including positioning, value propositions, and compelling copy.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills in reading and considering data when designing compelling strategies.
- Versatile Approach: you can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational tasks in an agile environment.
- US Market Focus: you understand the medical school journey in the US, either because you experienced it yourself, have worked in the US market, or are passionate about US students.
