As a Technical Program manager, you must be able to lead multiple large projects simultaneously, build strong relationships with our customers, direct and set the pace for our internal teams, as well as be highly proficient in managing plans, scope, and budget.
Full-Time/On-Site/No C2C
Work Location: Conshohocken, PA
Must be a US Citizen - Must pass a drug screening
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math
Experience And Skills
- Responsible for leading multiple fast-paced, technical projects directly with full budget/finance responsibility
- Five (5) years of project management experience in software & hardware development
- One (1) year working on federally funded programs
- Extremely strong customer-centric growth mindset with the ability to foster relationships quickly
- Manage multiple project/product meetings weekly both with the internal team and external customers (ownership of status, action items, risks, and next steps)
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure project success
- Work closely with the finance and contracting officer to develop and maintain the program budget, status dashboards, and deliverables in line with contract requirements
- Create, develop, and manage project/program scope, schedules, and budget to ensure milestones are met for the programs
- Manage opportunities and mitigate risk across programs with quantified impacts
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills
- Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity
- Proven change management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands, must be a very organized individual
Desired Skills
- PMP Certification
- Experience in working with geographically dispersed teams
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project
