Job Description:
The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in our organization, collaborating closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to derive actionable insights from our data. This position is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency within the healthcare domain.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data interpretation and visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and software packages (e.g., R, Python).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns, trends, and insights.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions in the healthcare sector.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across various data sources.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
