Position Description
Within Bridgenext, the Content Studio is dedicated to harnessing the power of visual storytelling to create compelling narratives that resonate with audiences, foster brand affinity, and inspire meaningful action. By effectively leveraging your creative expertise and strategic acumen, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth for the company and contributing to its overall success in the competitive entertainment marketing landscape.
As Vice President and Creative Director for the Content Studio, your role entails leading our creative team to develop and execute innovative A/V marketing campaigns. These campaigns aim to enhance engagement, elevate brand visibility, and deliver tangible results for our entertainment clients and beyond. Reporting directly to the Global Head, Content Studio, with a dotted line to our SVP Postproduction, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of the Content Studio and ensuring that our work continues to push boundaries and captivate audiences.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Creative Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, inspiring innovation and pushing creative boundaries to deliver exceptional A/V work that resonates with target audiences. Direct the execution of creative concepts across various channels, including on-air, digital, social media, experiential, and more, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Actively participate in client pitches and presentations, leveraging your creative expertise to secure new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Utilize your extensive network within and beyond the entertainment industry to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with team members to develop original and compelling campaign concepts that effectively communicate client messaging and brand identity.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, and collaborate to refine creative concepts and strategies to meet their expectations.
- Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget and Timeline Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including budget and timeline management, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Workplace: Hybrid, New York
Salary Range: $200k-$400k, commensurate with experience and ability to achieve the above
Must Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in a senior creative role within an entertainment marketing agency or similar environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of creative professionals
- Exceptional conceptual and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen understanding of branding and storytelling
- Ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
