We're currently an ambitious yet relaxed 11-person team, passionately striving to make the boba industry a little healthier. Responsibilities:

As a passionate and experienced Senior Art Director, your primary responsibilities will be equal parts executing our graphic design/photo/videography needs as well as managing a team of 2-3 other creatives to execute our design and social content needs.

Boba Tea Protein as a brand is an Asian American Brand who likes to reflect multiple Asian cultures in our designs. Understanding of the cultural nuances between different Asian cultures is essential for this role.

You should possess exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a fairly deep understanding of branding, social content, graphic design, photography, videography, and content production. Additionally, you will execute all of these responsibilities while coordinating with the brand manager to ensure we execute in a manner that is on brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Brand Guide and continuing to develop our brand guide.
• Develop art direction for social campaigns. We've historically had 2 campaigns per month.
• Execute graphic design needs such as social posts, new product packaging, apparel design, photography comps/edits, email campaigns, paid media, etc.
• Execute videography needs for social posts and paid media.
• Coordinate production days across multiple team members, models, hair and make-up artists, etc.
• Manage a team of 2-3 other creatives to execute our design needs.

Experience and Key Skills:

• Well-versed in the entire Adobe Creative Suite primarily Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Must have experience in all things listed in "key responsibilities."
