ROLE
The Growth Director will lead the generation and development of all new client businesses across Sid Lee USA and Digital Kitchen to meet the increasing demand for progressively transformative partnerships. Our team’s role is to identify, qualify, pursue, and win new business, and create a smooth integration for our new clients into the agency. Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Growth Director will be partnering with the Sid Lee US leadership and management teams to identify and cultivate new client relationships. The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record in developing a strong creative agency pipeline and fostering outstanding business relationships. The candidate also must demonstrate a high level of organization and strong team management abilities, as well as business acumen.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000.
