Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- The person will take main responsibilities for LCD (Laboratory Chemicals Division) division under LSLPG (Life Sciences and Laboratory Product Group) by overviewing all FP&A areas.
- Lead and coordinate the development and preparation of the annual strategic plan, annual operating plan (Annual budget, Monthly and quarterly forecasts) and monthly results analysis from top line to EBITDA level
- Provide financial information and make recommendations for the business partners to make sound business decisions
- Drive rigorous and transparent financial reporting, metrics, financial planning and analysis, and budgeting throughout the business so better business decisions can be made
- Perform the analysis of actual SG&A spending and forecast
- Drive price realization by leveraging commercial database
- Work with accounting team to ensure close timeline and reporting requirements can be met
- Work with operation team to drive and track productivity savings
- Establish and improve performance metrics to assist with business evaluation and decision making. Develop key metric indicators that promote awareness and generate improvement actions. Measure actual results versus targets
- Establish relationships with business leadership team and define practices and strategies to add value and maintain cost effectiveness
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A or Finance
- Experience in working Multi-National companies
- Advanced knowledge of Excel & Power Point, knowledge of Access and Power-BI preferred
- Extensive experienced in ERP system; SAP and Cognos.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill with team and other stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Punctual in working manner and reporting
- Able to work independently with limited direction
