About The Role
The Partner Enablement team at OpenAI is crucial for fostering successful partnerships and advancing the company's mission. As a Partner Technical Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in equipping our partners with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in architecting and deploying OpenAI solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with leadership to understand partner requirements, designing and implementing effective learning programs, and staying informed about industry trends to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge.
To excel in this role, you'll need a blend of business and technical expertise, instructional design skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Your ability to develop engaging training content and effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and partner audiences will be key. Additionally, experience in AI and ML consulting and a strong understanding of cloud, Developer Tools, API, security, and programming concepts will greatly benefit you in this position.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. You will be required to be in the office Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working from home on Thursday and Friday.
