Description:Supervise production and work with all functional support to achieve the following objectives. Schedule; meet schedule for assigned area; efficiency; maintain 100% performance for areas assigned; monthly/cum totals; Quality; meet PMT metrics for areas assigned in the following areas: team defects, Notice of Audit surveillance (NAS) findings-0, compliance audit performed-4 per month, escapes-0, cost/savings, meet PMT cost & savings metrics, maintain metal level saving metrics for savings & cost reduction, develop and implement strategies to reductions, develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime; Training: maintain PMT online training status, maintain Operator qualifications, maintain Special Process Authorizations (SPA), world class status 1. Show continuous improvement through: 6S audits, FOD prevention, ESD control; utilize statistical process control where applicable; Energy savings: raise energy awareness and develop/implement plans to reduce energy usage in the production areas. Manage day-to-day activities of assigned personnel up to and including discipline for poor job performance.

The Locale: Camden is a city in southern Arkansas. Camden is located on the Ouachita River, at the end of the navigable river. Camden is about a two hour drive south from Little Rock, AR. Camden is part of the Timberlands region of Arkansas. Timber, Oil, Deer Hunting, Bass fishing... These are words commonly used when people talk about the Timberlands of Arkansas. It's a region with rich natural resources that was discovered by pioneers from the eastern United States in the early 1800s. •Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
•Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Microsoft Office proficient
•Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.
• Supervisory experience managing production employees. Production schedule proficiency and production flow knowledge.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
