IntegriChain is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who is responsible to help cohesively define and optimize how sales, marketing and product teams work together to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption. As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with the sales team to support sales and marketing business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Content Procurement and Management. Collect, catalog and manage all external-facing content. The position will be the primary manager for the content and sales enablement platform.
- Content Strategy. Refine and re-purpose related content for one or more defined sales plays and work to operationalize the sales play with customer-facing teams.
- Asset Management. Works with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to leverage buyer and account insight to maintain marketing and sales assets that appropriately target buyers throughout their journey. Assets include positioning/sales guides, sales playbooks, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, blogs, podcasts and more. Collaborates with Marketing to support demand generation campaigns with assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in the Life Sciences; knowledge of drug commercialization a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable understanding technology and translating features into value propositions and content
- Skilled in building relationships across and within work teams, especially Marketing and Sales. Ability to communicate to stakeholders at various levels
- Proficiency in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office skills required
- Experience with Content and Sales Enablement technologies a plus
