Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule as their scope of work permits. This role can expect to be in person 2-4 days per week most weeks, with Tuesdays and Thursdays as required in-person days for the full team. This role may also include occasional in-person work days at Zeta's other school sites across NYC.

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a stellar Network Operations & Events Manager, with a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and lifelong learner with a problem-solving mindset and impeccable time management and project management skills, as well as strong, proactive communication habits. Though not required, experience working as an event planner and/or executive assistant is strongly preferred.

We are hiring for an immediate opening. The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near this level, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
