Hybrid Role (3 days/week onsite work)
Pay - £18-20/hour Umbrella
Description
- Handles all organizational and administrative details of all projects.
- Has a key role in projects related to administrative competencies and office management works under close supervision, assists in the delivery of a full range of services to various units
- Handling of administrative projects: Tasks with clearly defined content and time limitations)
- Work processes in own area of responsibility: Acts along common predefined guidelines.
- Supports basic administrative projects
Requirements
- Administrative assistant – Supply Chain
- Good MS suite experience – outlook, excel, ppt, word
- Strong in Excel and comfortable working with different systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and slide decks.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Confident in communicating with various stakeholders
