Career Opportunity for an Admin Assistant/Support (Supply Chain) role in the Pharmaceutical Industry in London

09 months contract

Hybrid Role (3 days/week onsite work)

Pay - £18-20/hour Umbrella


Description

  • Handles all organizational and administrative details of all projects.
  • Has a key role in projects related to administrative competencies and office management works under close supervision, assists in the delivery of a full range of services to various units
  • Handling of administrative projects: Tasks with clearly defined content and time limitations)
  • Work processes in own area of responsibility: Acts along common predefined guidelines.
  • Supports basic administrative projects


Requirements

  • Administrative assistant – Supply Chain
  • Good MS suite experience – outlook, excel, ppt, word
  • Strong in Excel and comfortable working with different systems
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and slide decks.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Confident in communicating with various stakeholders
