Production Controlling
− Report and develop action plans to optimize the performance of the production area
− Determine and execute action plans to improve the financial performance if the business is not
performing to plan
− Control headcount, investment, cost accounting, cost centers, spending, capacities, and
performance of the production site
− Maintain and develop KPIs for the management
− Create/use the internal control systems to ensure compliance with the company procedures
and, thus, minimize the financial risks
Reporting
− Manage the budgeting and forecasting activities, and review the actual status
− Develop and maintain the standard reporting packages and documentation
− Provide regular information to business partners (reports, analyses, etc.) to get an
understanding of current developments compared to Plans and Forecasts
Cost Accounting
− Understand and develop the standard costing systems
− Manage a consolidated annual budget plan, establish, and coordinate the budgeting systems
and procedures; identify and analyze the variations
− Manage product costing, in terms of capacity planning, cost center accounting, internal orders,
tariffs and routings as well as the product cost development and follow-up actions
Your Profile
Educational Requirements
− Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience Requirements
− Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
− Must have industrial or manufacturing finance experience
Skills Requirement
− Strong analytical and communication skills
− Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
− Competence in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
− SAP ERP system experience
Preferred Skills
− MBA CPA or CMA certification
− Automotive industry
