We are looking for a talented Creator Manager to manage the process of gathering user-generated content (UGC) for paid social ads.
Your expertise in sourcing and identifying talent, guiding them, and ensuring consistent content quality will drive our UGC program's success.
We are looking for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and experienced with influencer/content creator recruitment, management, briefing, and the social media performance video ad space.

You’ll have a pivotal role in shaping the way our paid social ads look and feel, and instrumental in orchestrating cohesive strategies that amplify our presence across all paid media fronts.
Your life at MAËLYS will look like…
- Work closely with the Director of Creative Strategist, to devise and implement innovative user-generated content strategies for paid media campaigns that align with brand goals.
- This includes conceptualizing campaigns (specifically UGC), developing briefs, and overseeing the execution from ideation to launch.
- Create briefs for talent based on shoot requirements.
- Identify and recruit individuals capable of creating high-quality User Generated Content (UGC).
- Build and maintain relationships with content creators, including sourcing, outreach and negotiation, and contract and invoice management.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to contributors to ensure the content meets brand standards and campaign objectives. Guide the visual and messaging alignment of UGC within our broader marketing strategy.
- Develop and implement reliable methods to consistently find and onboard new creators.
- Manage budget effectively, allocating resources across campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor spending, adjust budgets as needed, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of UGC campaigns through internal tracking systems, utilizing insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
