Tasks
The MHP SAP Enterprise Architect will support various SAP implementation and upgrade projects by defining the solution roadmap in terms of process, data, application, and systems integration for our clients. This role will need to comprehend technical system architecture and design flexible and agile end-to-end process solutions along the entire value chain of our clients across various industries. The candidate needs to have proven experience in defining and implementing SAP solution landscapes of varying complexities, including knowledge about different deployment and hosting strategies, system architecture and technical integration platforms like BTP. In addition, the SAP Enterprise Architect will be required to ensure our services are at the highest level of quality for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust our current and future offerings according to market demands.
Your responsibilities as an SAP Enterprise Architect would be:
- Responsible for integrative and overarching aspects of design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet business requirements within the entire SAP project lifecycle
- Drive process definition and alignment between the different functional and technical workstreams within MHP and the client
- Lead the definition of SAP organizational structures
- Work on integrating SAP S/4HANA with other SAP solutions as well as third-party systems
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement data interfaces
- Establish and enforce configuration standards and procedures
- Create long-term relationships with clients and achieve a strong reputation as a trusted advisor for all Enterprise Architecture topics
- Take over responsibility as a (sub) project team lead and integrate and coach new team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture of medium to complex SAP landscapes
- End-to-end knowledge of SAP S/4HANA core modules and related SAP technologies
- Deep hands-on experience in at least one SAP core module
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP master data design across modules and solutions
- Extensive experience implementing SAP for Manufacturing and Automotive companies
- Profound SAP project lifecycle and go-live experience
- Project management experience including project planning, task management and prioritization, and release management
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to successfully interact with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Professional appearance with strong customer focus and analytical and structured working attitude
- Strong attention to details and ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks with excellent problem-solving ability
Percentage of required travel: up to 100%

- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
