We are looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Manager, who wants to grow in the beauty and influencer space, is highly creative, detail-oriented, and has great time management and communication skills. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires self-motivation and autonomy while still working in a team.
Your life at MAËLYS will look like…
- Help implement global influencer marketing strategy, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships through organic and sponsored content and networking (remotely, as well as in-person).
- Create and deliver influencer briefs/guidelines + prepare & negotiate contracts for paid partnerships.
- Retain the current influencer base, as well as identify, actively source & reach out to new influencers in line with the brand voice and overall business strategy for ongoing & upcoming campaigns + maintain relationships.
- Collaborate with external content creators to facilitate content for social media organic usage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the marketing team, product development, and creative teams to ensure alignment and integration of influencer initiatives with overall marketing efforts.
- Help ideate and host influencer events and pop-ups, as well as execute social/digital activations for key brand launches as needed.
- Assist in creative research and project management for influencer mailer development, as well as execution of the mailer itself.
- Strategically scale the TikTok Shop affiliate program and report on top drivers and overall performance.
- Monitor, report, and analyze influencer campaigns to enable best practices and advise on best strategies using relevant tools (i.e.: Tribe Dynamics, Google Analytics, etc).
- Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.
You will thrive in this role if you have…
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strategic mindset with a proven track record (2+ years) of successfully managing influencer campaigns from strategy development to execution and performance analysis & a passion for the influencer marketing space.
- Up-to-date with the fast-paced influencer space and constantly evolving industry trends
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills (must work well under pressure & manage multiple tasks at the same time).
- Can do attitude and willingness to take a “hands-on” approach with respect to team members
- Strong analytics skills, as well as proficient in using analytics tools for performance tracking.
Salary range: 65000$ - 75000$ annually
