About The Role

SaaS Academy is seeking a world-class, proven top performer to join our team as an Account Executive. As an essential member of our sales team, you will be responsible for closing new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and generating leads through outbound sales efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, your expertise and immediate impact on revenue production within 30 days will be invaluable.

Here are the primary responsibilities of our Account Executive role, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities & Success Metrics

  • World-Class Closer: As a top-tier talent, you'll drive significant revenue growth within 30 days by leveraging your proven track record of closing deals. Competing with our top closers, you'll excel in communication, negotiation, and addressing client concerns, ensuring an immediate impact on revenue production.
    • Success Metric: Revenue Produced, Close Rate
  • Pipeline Management: Skillfully manage the sales approach and pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and seizing every opportunity. Collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives to optimize lead generation and conversion.
    • Success Metric: Sales Activity, Close Rate
  • Outbound Sales Generation: Drive new business through outbound sales efforts with warm leads and reengage prospective clients in our CRM. Your articulate and persuasive communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining a vibrant sales pipeline.
    • Success Metric: Sales Activity, Pipeline Generated
    • This hire should be capable of competing with our current top closers within 30 days, demonstrating their immediate impact on revenue production.

Required

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven history of surpassing sales targets in a high-ticket, high-volume setting
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in SaaS or coaching/consulting sales
  • Demonstrated excellence in selling to highly sophisticated entrepreneurs, or marketing intangible services such as coaching or consulting
  • Prior experience in a remote-first sales environment
  • Prior experience working with a Sales Development Representative team

Preferred

  • HubSpot (or other relevant CRM) experience
