What Product or Services Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health

Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.

Product or Services Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.

Job Summary

The Product Manager, Product and Solutions Marketing ensures that all labeling for the new product pipeline is completed in a timely and compliant manner. The job will be responsible for connecting with applicable internal and external resources to ensure that labeling is completed in a compliant and timely manner. The job will be managing labeling projects from start to finish and will be responsible for go-to-market speed of the applicable product.

Responsibilities

  • Collects information for labeling for new products launch and relaunches to ensure labeling is correct.
  • Coordinates with suppliers for marketing collateral for the use on labels.
  • Ensures that brand standards and guidelines are followed.
  • Delegates work and projects to third party vendors.
  • Proofreads labeling and ensures that revisions are made.


Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience
  • BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field. Advance Degree may be required
