Responsible for developing and driving digital marketing strategies and campaigns that meet and/or exceed business objectives.

Major Rugby is one of the largest, suppliers of generic prescription (Rx), over the counter (OTC) and vitamin, mineral and supplement (VMS) products. Representing two of the core private labels under the Cardinal Health umbrella, Major Rugby offers a robust product portfolio of over 1,000 SKUs. Over 60 years strong, the Major and Rugby brands combined play a significant role in reducing the cost of medication and ensuring a quality care.


Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Lead (eCommerce Program Management & Creative) is responsible for the day-to-day management of Major Rugby's Amazon business and eCommerce initiatives including project management, creative concepting and development (design and copywriting) for both Business-to-Business (BTB) and Business-to-Consumer (BTC) initiatives. This individual will collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development, inventory management, legal, pricing) and vendor partners to achieve desired results. Further, this individual will create and support marketing programs to drive revenue and sales in support of business objectives. There will also be additional opportunities to refresh website, SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day project management of the Amazon business initiative. Internal point person for cross-functional execution as well as the liaison between Amazon partner and Major Rugby.

  • Lead the development of our brand and brand guidelines (creative, voice and tone) for our consumer facing initiatives.

  • Develops digital marketing and eCommerce content and/or campaigns based on business objectives. Applying significant digital marketing knowledge and experience, establishes campaign goals, tactics, and messaging and serves as a subject matter expert for team.

  • Coordinates assets and partners with agency to develop and evaluate creative content for listings and campaigns in alignment with Amazon objectives.

  • Develops content (creative and copy) independently for website/ eCommerce portal and other digital channels, incorporating SEO best practices.

  • Partners with internal and external analytics team to proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize Amazon initiatives or other digital campaign performance, including product sales, customer engagement, and other metrics. Summarizes in-depth and complex data to create actionable insights.

  • Manages the deployment of marketing content across several digital marketing channels, including ecommerce platforms, email, social media and website.

  • Manages product image process and maintains brand style guide.

  • Establishes and cultivates internal and external partner relationships.


Qualifications

  • Experience leading the brand development process (creative, voice and tone).

  • Experience working with Amazon to sell products, drive product awareness and revenue (i.e., Brand Registry, Seller Central, store page, listing development and management, advertising initiatives).

  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in graphic design and associated software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).

  • Demonstrates ability to develop content (write copy) for product promotions.

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. Clearly communicates creative ideas and collaborates with internal and external partners/teams.

  • Demonstrates knowledge and best practices in project management and coordination of the creative process.

  • Experience with SEO/SEM, digital marketing, social media management, advertising and promotional campaigns preferred.

  • Corporate Brand management experience, agency experience and/or experience working with a performance agency, marketing or advertising agency highly preferred.

  • Ideally targeting individuals with 4-8 years of experience
