As the Talent Acquisition Enablement Manager at Capital Group, you will be at the helm of driving operational excellence and efficiency across the global talent acquisition function. This pivotal role demands a strategic mindset, technical acumen, and a profound understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle. Reporting to a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, your role is instrumental in creating harmony between business goals, the recruitment technology landscape, and the candidate experience, ensuring their flawless integration to foster success.

You will lead and mentor a team comprising Talent Enablement Advisors and our TA Tech Lead Business Partner, focusing on enhancing and streamlining processes for global scalability. Moreover, you will help assess and propose the most suitable systems and tools to support our objectives.

Your leadership style is inclusive and people-centric, prioritizing the ongoing growth and optimization of your team. You are adept at fostering agile teams that adapt swiftly to the ever-evolving business landscape.   • You have demonstrated success in leading talent acquisition operations teams in a large, global organization, and are passionate about people management, including vendor and contractor management
  • You are a champion of people development; you foster a culture of continuous learning and growth and have experience coaching individuals on your team to help achieve their career goals
  • You have a strong understanding of talent acquisition operations best practices, recruitment technologies and industry trends on a global scale

Southern California Base Salary Range $148,045-$236,872

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions, and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
