Job Description:

As the Recruiting Manager at Cellcom, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will oversee the full lifecycle retention and recruitment process at Cellcom. You will lead and inspire a team of 3 professionals, responsible for acquiring and retaining top talent and ensuring Cellcom stands out as an employer of choice.

· Develop best-practice recruitment processes that will help Cellcom attract and grow top talent.

· Leverage mainstream and social media platforms to generate excitement about career opportunities at Cellcom.

· Partner with managers at all levels to align on retention and recruiting strategies that support our company’s goals.

· Track and analyze HR metrics to develop strategic programs that enhance our human resources function and better serve our teams.

· Research and develop new, innovative ideas to increase employee satisfaction and retention.

· Create compelling recruiting materials to strongly brand Cellcom as a premier employer.

· As a member of the Human Resources management team, you will have opportunities to expand your experience across various HR functions and within our company.

What we're looking for:

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.

· 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources with a solid understanding of professional recruiting. Recruiting for positions in Engineering, Management, IT, Accounting, Customer Service.

· 2-3 years of outstanding leadership experience is required.

· Knowledge of employment-related state and federal regulations and requirements is required.
