Job Description:

Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer at our facility in Bellevue, Washington to build and design new and innovative health products from a design perspective.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Expertise in user experience design methods to hone the details while keeping the entire product experience front and center.
  • Work and identify the right approach to any given design challenge, using customer outcomes and business metrics.
  • Telecommuting permitted.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field of study and 5 years of experience.
  • Alternatively, a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
  • Experience must include 3 years in the following: software design;
  • Design background and working with online products;
  • Design tools, including Adobe and Figma;
  • Interaction Design;
  • Graphic design;
  • Information Architecture;
  • Usability testing; and
  • Prototyping user interfaces.
  • Telecommuting permitted.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Senior Product Designer position is $139,402 - $215,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
