Job Summary

As a pivotal member of our team, the Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficient transportation and seamless order fulfillment. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring customer and transfer orders, managing the transportation and distribution of goods, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. Your success in this role will hinge on your strong organizational prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. By maintaining rigorous oversight of logistics processes, you will facilitate timely delivery of goods and services while contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Shipment Coordination: Manage all aspects of shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with transportation providers and carriers to optimize routes and minimize costs.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee order processing and fulfillment activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and facilitate smooth distribution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for shipping-related inquiries and issues. Proactively communicate shipment statuses and address customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers and carriers. Monitor service levels, negotiate contracts, and enforce compliance with service agreements.
  • Inventory Control: Implement inventory management strategies to optimize storage space, reduce holding costs, and minimize stockouts. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize logistics software and analytical tools to track performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights. Prepare comprehensive reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Implement quality control measures to uphold product integrity and safety throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years logistics related experiences.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify process improvements.
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, with a solid understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Strong proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., ERP systems), Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Compensation

The estimated base range for this role is $20.00- $28.00 hourly pay. Compensation decisions are

dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, internal

equity and alignment with market data. We offer a wide range of benefits including

health/dental/vision, retirement and paid time off. All employees at NZXT receive equity as part of

their compensation package.
