Job Summary

NZXT is seeking a 'success happens because of me’ Global Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts across multiple regions, including Americas and EMEA. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand focused marketing plans that drive business results. You will foster a collaborative and motivating environment, ensuring cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across all regions. The ideal candidate is metrics-driven, highly collaborative, and capable of adapting to rapidly changing business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and nurture the growth of global team members.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute awareness-building marketing plans that deliver profitable growth.
  • Implement and oversee x-BU GTM initiatives, ensuring a seamless introduction and sustained market presence of flagship and emerging products.
  • Establish and manage key performance metrics to gauge the success of our marketing initiatives, relying on data-driven insights.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, including sample distribution, media and influencer spend, and agency support.
  • Deliver Marketing Development Funds (MDF) expectations to support sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Serve as primary marketing liaison with Americas and EMEA sales Directors

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in PC gaming product, services, or brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of the PC gaming community and industry and an interest in the high-end components and gaming gear that are used by gamers.
  • Proven track record of channel success, ideally in both B2B and DTC general marketing.
  • Experience in go-to-market methodology and customer retention strategy, particularly in the gaming hardware industry.
  • Experience managing and mentoring global teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and creative teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and management skills, with the ability to efficiently handle multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ownership and a history of driving results.

Compensation

The estimated base range for this role is: $165,000 - $210,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, internal equity and alignment with market data. We offer a wide range of benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement and paid time off. This position is bonus eligible. All employees at NZXT receive equity as part of their compensation package.
