The Associate Manager, Brand Activation & Experiences supports the development and execution of activations and programming in the market, ensuring alignment with brand vision. This role owns the execution of first-class experiences that elevate the perception of MHUSA's brands and generate pull from the customer and consumer. The role coordinates all production elements and works with third-party agencies to execute experiences within accounts, reporting outcomes and learnings to improve future activation effectiveness and inform MHUSA best practices within the market. The Brand Activation & Experiences Activator is expected to embody the values of MH & be the face of Moët Hennessy USA in customer and consumer-facing activations.

Job Responsibilities

Profile | Key Accountabilities

Elevated event/activation coordination and execution:

  • Assists with all regional brand events & local activations designed with and by the National Brand Activation & Experiences Regional Lead using brand materials and assets, ensuring activations are implemented in-line with brand standards and luxury guidelines
  • Coordinates all execution elements, including arranging venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary components for all activations
  • Leads all aspects of 3rd-party set-up of venue and day-of execution as needed
  • Confirms Distributor fulfillment of requested product on day of activation
  • Raises high-priority opportunities in market to the Brand Activation & Experiences Area Lead.
  • Reports program/activation execution outcomes and return on investments to the Brand Activation & Experiences Area Lead.
  • Provides local digital/social assets to accounts for events in partnership with the digital team
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Owners, Channel Leads, Trade Marketing, Field Trade Marketing, Brand Teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with Distributor Account Managers, Channel leads, Market Leads and Key Accounts
  • Activates non-premise local events in partnership with the Brand Teams and Field Trade Marketing Teams
  • Supports the planning, logistics, and execution of Winemaker/Maison visits in the local area

Education


Professional Experience

  • 5+ years Sales and/or marketing experience in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries

Capabilities

  • Capable of building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Deep knowledge of MHUSA portfolio, brand guidelines, & customer/consumer expectations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and complete multiple moving parts in an effective and timely manner
  • Refined communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management skills, cross-functional great teammate with a proactive attitude
