Our client is a well-known creative marketing agency. They are building out their NYC operations in a new mid-town office and looking to grow their Administrative team with a new role as a Front Desk Coordinator.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$55k – $65k DOE

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Coordinator to manage their front office operations and simultaneously offer administrative assistance to the Office Manager and two Vice President-level executives. The Front Desk Coordinator will not only oversee the front desk but will also be responsible for providing exceptional service in a polished and friendly manner. Additional Front Desk Coordinator responsibilities would include providing comprehensive support in administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations at the front office, and fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors and staff. The Front Desk Coordinator will help keep the office tidy and organized, and order supplies. The Front Desk Coordinator will also help with helping plan fun office outings and parties.

Responsibilities Of The Front Desk Coordinator

  • The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for front desk reception coverage including greeting all guests and directing phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing reception area.
  • Support for Office Managers and VPs including light travel arrangements, expense reporting, and presentation preparation.

Qualifications For The Front Desk Coordinator

  • 2+ years of Administrative Assistant / Receptionist experience – agency experience is preferred!
