Specific Responsibilities Would Include

The Coordinator of chargeback Compliance will be responsible for researching shortage deductions and determining validity.

  • Create relationships with customers while sending initial and follow-up disputes for shortages through emails and customer portals
  • Make sure to keep “Pending” POD items cleaned up, and current
  • Properly Code Chargebacks and update notes for reporting purposes in Dispute Management and/or High Radius systems
  • Be cognizant of volume and backlog. Review and follow up on a weekly basis until resolution is reached.
  • Assist other team members when needed
  • Reconcile paybacks to shortage chargebacks
  • Prepare reports for monthly Chargeback meetings with Senior Management
  • Research issues include, but are not limited to such things as carton shortages, concealed shortages, & POD issues.
  • On high dollar shortage chargebacks, run reports and pull PODs (Proofs of Delivery) for all shortage chargeback items. You will utilize Open Text through SAP to retrieve this information & save each POD in the shared drive to ensure consistency

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 3+ years of experience preferably in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, or Supply Chain Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Pro-active and detail-oriented
  • Excels under pressure in a high-volume, time-sensitive, corporate environment
  • Previous experience with Chargebacks preferred
  • Excel required

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonuses, and other Centric Brands-sponsored benefit programs.
