We’re looking for a versatile, seasoned copywriter to join our fun, supportive and passionate team in Boston. Help us on our mission to grow a community of global families who change the world! In this role, you’ll embrace the unique challenge of speaking to two very different audiences: 18-26 year-olds in 25+ countries worldwide and working parents in the U.S. We’ll look to you for compelling copy that motivates young people to take a huge step outside of their comfort zone to join a new family for a year or more in a foreign country. You’ll also help American families better understand the concept of hosting an au pair and the value our program provides.
You’ll help refine our company voice to better reflect our brand personality and use your attention to detail to ensure our messaging complies with the important legal framework of our program. You will also drive brand consistency across all company channels and communications.
You’ll write copy for everything and anything including websites, Instagram and TikTok ads, landing pages, social channels, emails, blogs, videos and press releases.
To do all of this, you’ll collaborate closely with members of the Marketing team as well other Cultural Care staff in the U.S. and beyond. You’ll also proactively network with our program participants to learn first-hand about their experiences.
