Job Description:

FreightQuote and the Kansas City Micro Team are seeking a driven Associate Product Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will analyze, qualify, and support current and prospective customers in adopting a new digital technology platform. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic approaches to drive platform adoption, utilizing a variety of communication channels—from personalized outreach to social media engagement—to captivate our audience and fuel growth. You’ll also shape the platform’s long-term success story as you collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and drive continuous improvement. We're seeking someone with a keen analytical mind and strong interpersonal skills—a self-starter brimming with enthusiasm, ambition, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a hybrid position offering 4 days in office and 1 day from home. The hours are 8 am CST to 5 pm CST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze customer database and other lead channels to identify ideal customers for the platform  
  • Assist in the effective routing of customers to the shipping platform that best meets their needs 
  • Support the creation of key metric reporting and analytics to provide transparency and insights into performance 
  • Drive proactive engagement initiatives with targeted customers, igniting interest in and accelerating the adoption of the digital platform
  • Provide education and live demonstration of the digital platform for customers 
  • Enthusiastically seek to connect with users of the digital platform to understand their experience 
  • Effectively document critical insights from verbal and digital feedback channels  
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: 

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically) 

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 
  • Minimum 1 year of previous sales operations, lead generation, and/or analytics experience 
  • Demonstrated sales, interpersonal, and analytical skills  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and/or CRM systems
