What you need to know about the role
You will be responsible for leading the operational running of 3rd Party Outsourced Vendors. Driving pipeline activity and identifying new and cross-sell/upsell campaigns for PayPal. With the ability to clearly articulate the PayPal value proposition to prospective parties, you will create operational processes, communicate key campaign value drivers, and identify the correct procedures for the ongoing campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales processes of all campaigns in your region & communicating to the relevant Senior Stakeholders in PayPal

This position is part of the Small Business Sales team, that sits within Global Inside Sales.  We are a global team that drives a high volume of new merchant sales for PayPal.  We embrace innovation & technology to create scalable processes that provide great merchant experiences and drive growth.  Our team is constantly evolving; always looking for ways to improve the way we serve our teammates, our customers, and the business

Your Way to Impact:

  • To develop and lead the vendor management operational process for multiple PayPal sales campaigns in your region.
  • As a leader within the Small Business world in PayPal, you will share best practices across all regions & align the Outsource Vendors with PayPal Values.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal procedures. Drive value for our members and minimize risk while maximizing continuity of service.
  • Drive revenue growth of PayPal products and solutions by meeting or exceeding new sales goals on a monthly and annual basis. 
  • Manage and enhance performance criteria, assessment tools, and escalation processes across these markets.

Your Day to Day:

  • Your role will be to develop and lead the vendor management operational process for multiple PayPal sales campaigns in your region.
  • You will build strong relationships at a senior level with our vendors and facilitate discussions to drive profitable growth.
  • Interact with vendor staff daily to promote the culture, values and mission of PayPal.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the company to ensure that all product updates and best-practices are communicated across entire vendor network.
  • You will turn in-depth analysis into strategic insight and action.

What you need to bring:

  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to meet or exceed sales production and revenue goals.
  • Experience of working in an inbound/Outbound Sales environment as a leader, with evidence of coaching, developing and motivating staff.
  • You have a hands-on-mentality and you are an excellent people manager, inspiring people with your drive, energy and enthusiasm. Following a clear vision and strategy you communicate and lead with a dynamic and convincing attitude.
  • Strong leadership skills and strong in execution, results driven and proven track record of holding teams accountable for end results
  • You will need to build strong relationships with other departments to accomplish tasks and achieve goals. The ability to build relationships across key stakeholders is critical.
  • Maintain a level of teamwork by incorporating a positive attitude, being supportive in words and actions, embodying the core values of PayPal, and communicating with all levels both within the existing team & anyone outside the direct reporting structure.
  • You have a truly international mindset with experience in working with international markets and cultures. 
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Maintain a high level of job discretion.
  • Volunteering for special projects, identifying oneself as a go-to individual, flexibility with change, and a passion for the product and company.
  • Proven track record of business-to-business (B2B) markets sales essential.
  • Experience in managing 3rd party sales teams is preferable, but not essential
