We’re looking for a writer with a passion for technology to join our team. As a technical writer on our Product team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our clients and end users around the world, crafting communications that help educate and engage both internal and external audiences about Paradox features and product updates. In this role, you’ll focus on documentation for our monthly product releases, aimed at helping users understand and drive value from our software solutions.

About

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for delivering clear, concise communication to internal and external audiences about new release updates, feature enhancements and other product-related technical documentation. In this role, you will:

  • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, user-friendly language
  • Create user guides, tutorials, articles, trainings, and other technical documentation for both internal and external audiences
  • Update, maintain, and expand technical product documentation to reflect changes in software functionality or user requirements
  • Create external client-facing communications, focusing on value created and usability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent years of experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing or similar role in a software environment
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multimedia experience including recording of gifs and videos to simplify product communication
