We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team at RestoPros of Tulsa and build our referral network and work leads through the sales process. In this role, you will find and create new referral relationships, cultivate current referral relationships, and work with homeowners through the sales process. Communication is critical to success in this role – communicating with referral sources, company owners, homeowners, and the production team. You will plan and attend fun outings like Golf, Bowling, meet and greets, breakfasts, and lunches with our referral sources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and new referral sources
  • Build sales routes throughout the territory and travel to meet with potential and existing referral sources across the Tulsa metro area
  • Work with homeowners through the sales process
  • Meet or exceed designated development targets
  • Create and implement effective development strategies
  • Build and execute marketing plans
  • Keep track of all client progress through our client relationship management (CRM) program

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years experience in sales or business development. Experience in water mitigation, water restoration, plumbing tool/supply sales, home product and service sales, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • An early riser who is ready to attack the workweek

Job Type: Full-time

Salary PLUS Commission: $45,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
