Production Planning Supervisor

Job Description:

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of Site Services and will work closely with the Avantor’s Lab and Production Services team of over 1,500 on- and off-site expert personnel – and our customers – to perform customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.

Available Shifts:

  • Mon - Fri, 6:30 am - 3:30 pm in Aloha, OR

  • Mon - Fri, 6 am - 3 pm in Hillsboro, OR

  • Thu - Sat & every other Wed, 10 am - 10 pm in Hillsboro, OR

Wage: $16.50 per hour

What we’re looking for:  

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.  

  • 1+ years' experience in material handling, inventory replenishment and/or customer service preferred. Some verifiable work experience is required.    

  • Previous experience working in a GMP facility is desired.

  • Able to lift 50lbs. required.

Avantor’s Lab and Production Services team is a crucial part of the Avantor Services group serving over 500 customers in biopharma, pharmaceutical, educational, industrial, and high-tech industries with customizable, flexible solutions and end-to-end laboratory operations support.

In this role, you will:

  • Collect and inspect used garments to identify any damage prior to shipment.​

  • Collection of usage data and adding it into a tracking log.

  • Receive inbound shipments from common carriers.

  • Perform daily bin checks to avoid overflow.

  • Map out garment locations for training aids.

  • Be the point person for any garment questions.

  • Other duties as assigned.
