- Provide pre-sales support to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming requests by telephone, email and website chat correctly.
- Identify opportunities for new and/or expanded business with current and/or new customers.
- Conduct outbound sales and send emails, attracting new customers.
- Qualify and distribute new opportunities to the Sales team for follow-up.
- Anything else you want to learn.
